If you've been AWOL from your friends for a few days, they're just going to have to understand the situation. They will, too, as long as you return to them with a huge grin on your face tomorrow, which, no doubt, you will. Refuse to answer any questions. Just smile.

True, real friends won't let you out from them for long. They maybe lots of circumstances in your friendship but it wouldn't take so long...
